Definition

Net Order Value – Swiggy's own measure of Instamart order value net of customer discounts, as opposed to GOV» (Gross Order Value), which is stated before discounts. The gap between the two is a rough read on how much of gross order value is being funded back out the door as customer incentives; a widening gap (NOV growing more slowly than GOV) means discounting is growing faster than the headline order-value growth suggests.
